Where are your products made?

All our products are baked in Singapore SFA-licensed facility under regulated hygiene standards.

Are the products halal-certified?

No. Many of our product recipes include natural flavour extracts, which in turn contain alcohol.

How do I read the batch code on the packaging?

Coding begins with product initials, production date in YYYYMMDD, primary equipment code (e.g. for oven), and cookie production shift

What if there is an issue with the ordering system?

In case of a problem with the ordering system, please contact us at hello@cookiesperse.com. Our Cookie Crew will assist you with offline ordering.

Do you accept corporate/ bulk ordering?

What is your order cancellation policy?

Order cancellations is not allowed. Sales become final upon order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you provide delivery services?

Delivery is available to all valid residential addresses within Singapore (excluding Sentosa and other offshore islands).

For Sentosa and non-residential addresses, please email us at hello@cookiesperse.com before order placement. Our Cookie Crew will evaluate the accessibility of the provided address and come up with an arrangement with you. Kindly note that surcharges may apply due to high entry and/or parking fee at the mutually agreed delivery location.

What is the delivery fee?

A $8 flat fee for standard delivery. Free delivery for orders $80 and above.

Delivery fee might differ for purchases made with our retail partners.

What is the delivery lead time?

For direct ordering from our website, confirmed orders will be dispatched and delivered to your door within the next 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email/mobile notification when order is shipped. Delivery will fall between 10am to 8pm of the same day.

What if there is no one around to receive the delivery?

If there is no response at the door, our delivery team or appointed agent will leave the delivery at a safe spot near your doorstep with photo taken as proof of delivery.

Can I do a self-collection?

Self-collection available from our Central Kitchen at 59 Jalan Pemimpin Singapore 577218 (by appointment only). If option is selected at checkout, our Cookies Crew will confirm date & time via email/mobile messages.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Considering the perishable nature of our products, we do not allow exchange or return. Should any issues arise, please contact us at hello@cookiesperse.com, and our Cookie Crew will try their best to assist you accordingly.
